She wakes with bright eyes, and gently blinks the sleep away. Her limbs unfold as she stands up, teetering at first, but then finding her footing amidst the rocky dirt. The sun's rays fall through the cracks in the ceiling as the little lamb's mother raises her head; checking on her baby. She lowers her head when she sees the little one gently push the creaking wooden door open with her nose. She knows what time it is. It's the little lamb's time to play in the morning light, singing with the chorale of birds, breathing in the fresh awakening of the day as she leaps across the blossoming field and the sparkling dew soars, weightlessly to the sky with each small step of the lamb.
alone in a cave. the water laps at my feet, yearning to come closer, to devour me. to take me in its icy cold grip and to sweep me away from my safety. My safety that i know is fleeting, for this cave will be submerged soon when the tide comes in. I make my way back to the very end of the cave, until i can feel the cold, wet stone caress my shoulders as i stand facing the water. I soon must take the plunge. I soon must return to those washing waves, the empty darkness below my feet, and that bitter taste that fills my whole being as the water drowns me.
I must go.
But i'm scared.
Speak to me
Speak slowly
Speak quickly
Softly
In my ear
Because your words are sweeter than honey
And your voice is every whisper of my dreams
The twist of a paintbrush
The clash and peace of harmonies
The meaning behind a word
So vital and so powerful
I've shown you only so much. Only the surface. You must try now.... really try to muster the courage to take the plunge. Its not easy it never has been nor ever will be. But that one leap can forever change you.
Since Ive been free, I've tried to live
I thought it was easy to just go ahead and try
But its not
I thought it was easy once you have wings to spread them and fly but its not
Its scary to take that leap without a safety net
Breathe in the air.
So fresh and so clean
It will fill you with simple purity
Nothing more nothing less
hard to explain but you will know when you have experienced it. :)
The sunlight dominates the shadows
The moonlight dominates the darkness
The stars pale against the sliver of light
And the stars fill my dreams
With or without their sparkle
The child bounces up and down.
Happy.
The man walks with his wife.
Both smiling both happy.
People say many things are over rated.
But not happiness.

You have one inexplicably divine soul
You have another simply eloquent being
But what comes of the combination of the two?
The multitude of results..
In the end
Would they be happier together or would they just crumble?
Does perfection mean happiness or are we just reaching for the impossible.
