They mirrored my eyes. He could have been looking right through me, I'd never had known otherwise. His eyes were hidden by a glassy indulgence. It was a shame to be the one to shoot the bullet through those gorgeous frames. They shattered in slow motion as my heart sank with his limp body. Perfection blown away. He didn't have time to wipe the smile from his face. He didn't have time to blink.
I couldn't believe where I was. It was too elegant, too perfect for a girl like me. I had just met her. She took me in like I was a stray. I am a stray. She smiled as she helped me get dressed. I hadn't been so polished since the day I was born. It was lovely. A lovely place to be on a starry night like tonight.
I had never been the type to get in trouble. I stayed away from all of it. But she dragged me in. She kissed my cheek. She was my best friend. I didn't realize how much she meant to me. But Ive been through hell for her. The bar was as loud as the dance floor. But the bartender was much sweeter. He smiled slyly and I was in love.
It hadn't always been this way. I wasn't always this cold. My blood didnt always poor from my body as fluid as this. I felt so alone. I had been dismissed. And now I will die because of it. The world is a cruel place. I hate this feeling. He killed me. Its all over now.
