being connected. what a weird concept these days, right? it is so hard for us to feel connected to people anymore without technology and yet what people dont see is that just being human beings makes us all connected. i always think of the conflict between the sayings that "the world is so small" and "the world is so large and full of opportunities." i believe that the world is a huge place full of opportunities and people to meet, but there is a special bond, a special connection, that makes us human beings a single unit. we are all diverse, that is true, but we are one of the same. paradox anyone?
