A gamer is a person who plays lots of games. They're probably addicted to it. I don't like games, so i'm pretty sure i'm not a gamer and i suck at playing games.
A person that is educated has studied. He or she should have good education and have a particular kind of education. They study beyond average.
A person that has been educated has good education and is schooled.
