Mangoes are a tropical fruit that often remind me of summer and the Philippines. They are really good freshly cut or even dried with a bit of sugar sprinkled onto them. I love cubing them and throwing them into a salad to add a variety of taste. Mangoes are truly an exotic fruit that can appeal to anyone.
The alarm clock wakes me up in the morning but I want to stay in my peaceful slumber and lucid dreams. I push the snooze button multiple times instead of the cancel one because I want the option of waking up...it's just that I have not taken that option yet. Eventually I get up because the alarm has been chucked across the room and I must rise to go retrieve it.
Perfection cannot be obtained by humans. No matter how we try to replicate and strive for it, perfection is always out of our reach. But the thing I love the most about humans is how some parts of life seem to be perfectly placed. Things may not be perfect ever but there are times when it can come pretty damn close.
Success is measured in different ways. It could mean working hard for a huge house or reaching the top of the corporate ladder. Success does not have one formula or model. To me success is achieving your goals and what you set out to do. Money does not always mean success. I believe true happiness is essential to what you perceive as "success".
The obvious fact was clear in the eyes of everyone standing in the room. It was so obvious, it was like an idea flying straight into your face. Only idiots would have not seen the truth of the obviousness of the situation.
Rejection is the hardest thing to accept. No one wants to be rejected because they don't want to be told that they were not enough. No one wants to be rejected by their crush or from a job interview. Many people don't want to face it and will do anything to avoid possible rejection.
Typewriters give off a vintage feel. Letters sitting on paper with sharp serifs in black ink. The crisp clacking sounds of the keys or the ding at the end of every sentence, making mistakes by pressing the wrong button and feeding the piece of paper through.
Boa reminds me of a huge snake or the Korean pop singer. Either way, I'm extremely scared of snakes suffocating me or injecting venom into my skin. As for Boa, I am not scared of her but I feel she is getting to old to compete with the young stars of Korea.
