I read through these small works pertaining to the word of the day, "portal." I see stories. Jumbled phrases and real life experiences. I see souls wanting a an escape, but they posses a fear in the real world. I can look past the letters that should be capitalized and the common misspellings. The one thing it never seems to be synonymous with: Me.
Everyone thinks they need a new one. Sometimes they lead to nothing. Occasionally they are perfect. But often, they have no meaning. Another, greater one can just as easily take its place. They are biodegradable. They will not last, nor will anyone ever see them again. A beginning is simply the start of an end.
