i don't know what to write about flip. may be the coin flipping, or the back flipping. but seriously, i don't have enough idea about the flip meaning, as i am not a native English speaker. But i can try, yes, i can try..umm i guess flipping is sort of bending..or what??
an attendant is the person, which is used to live with the person. like the hospital attendants etc. hospital attendant might be having the very hard time, as it is not an easy job to stay awaken whole night with the patients.
