Once upon a time, there was a black plague that spread throughout Europe like a… plague. Something like dust on the inside of cabinets, like children on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The black plague eradicated all other colors besides black; it was a plague of color, in deed. Black was plague, mourning, clothes, mouldering skin, and other things besides.
