I've written about the word instant twice now and It hasn't saved. I wrote about instant coffee and how I don't like coffee but if I did but I'd be able to stay awake at night but it doesn't matter anyway because my thoughts keep me awake at night. I don't suppose that's what I was supposed to do but its what I did.
