Crust is the best part of every meal I eat. If I am eating pizza, my reward for suffering through the cheese and sauce and sausage is the bread at the end. When it's horrible, the pie just isn't worth the trouble. If a crust isn't made properly, my day is ruined. But oh, for that perfectly made bread, wonderfully seasoned. Excellent.
