Obsolete is what things are when no one uses them anymore... but a lot of things we say are obsolete are really beautiful relics of a simpler time in the past when things were easier and life was good. But life is still good. Just because phonographs and 8-track are obsolete doesn't mean music has suffered any great loss of its ability to express the feelings of the soul.
