the smell of detergent bothers me at times — it's not cloying but overly cleaning, pungent like someone popped a bubble inside my nostril or scrubbed it carefully with a toothbrush and left me reeling from how much i could suddenly smell. that's probably just because we use the unscented stuff, though. sometimes i wish i could dribble some inside my skull and wake up startlingly spotless.
