Will I never get through this never0ending maze? Life changes faster than they say it does, and all too soon I'll have to choose. I can't do it, can't do it, can't do it, can't do it.
I was walking through the garden store, looking for the perfect plant for my new house. "Juliet! Don't touch those!" I took my one year old daughter's hand and told her, "That's a cactus. You'll hurt yourself on it."
"Spiky!" She exclaimed, pointing at it.
"Jesus. Look at those blue eyes. She's gonna have us all wrapped around her tiny little finger."
I grinned. "She already has me. She's my little princess."
I was panicing. Going to prom together was a horrible idea, absolutely horrible. But when she opened the door, and I saw her in her beautiful gown...I knew in my heart whatever we did would be perfect, as long as we were together.
The view wasn't clear, through the glass wall separating me from my newborn twins. Alex and Juliet, they had been born several weeks early and needed intensive care.
