HEY! This word has been used before! Nearly three years ago, I believe. I remember distinctly because it inspired me to write one of my first short stories, about a plane that takes off from a runway without a pilot, locking it's own doors with the crew inside, and crashing into an oncoming 747.

BLAST YOUR INSANITY, YOU MADMAN! IT'S YOU! ARE YOU OFF YOUR BLOODY ROCKER YOU SYPHILITIC BUFFOON?! IT IS YOU! YOUR MOTHER MUST HAVE SUBSISTED ON MERCURY AND LIES WHILST YOU WERE IN THE WOMB, FOR THAT IS THE ONLY REASON WHY I CAN FATHOM YOU TO BE SO THOROUGHLY DEMENTED AS TO THINK THAT IT IS NOT YOU! IF YOU WERE NOT THE CONSUMMATE GENTLEMAN THAT YOU ARE I SHOULD HAVE TO HAVE YOU COMMITTED TO AN ASYLUM FOR THE SENSELESS IDIOCY WITH WHICH YOU NOW COMPORT YOURSELF! YOU FILCHING, FACETIOUS, FLATULENT, FU-- Ahem, pardon me gentlemen, but might a good lady such as myself importune you as to whether I must use this trolley to reach the apothecary's street or take another? Why, yes madam, stay on this car for two more stops and it shall deposit you right upon its corner.

I crouched in the warm window seat, the glass on my left, the curtains on my right, nestled in my secret alcove, hidden from the world.

I pawed my way through the sand, grasping feebly at the grains, trying to find a purchase. "Just... a little... further... It's right... there..."

"...and this is all that's left." "Wow. Sounds like there's a lot of emotion packed into that little thing." "Yeah, there really is. I've supercharged it with my intentions, haven't I?" "That's how it goes, that's how it goes."

If ever there was a paralyzing word... I really don't know where to start with this one. People, people, so many people. So many stories! How many stories are out there, just waiting to be told, to be heard? Waiting for you...
