I am always sweaty, like everyone in my family. I grew up so ashamed of sweating in front of others that I avoided exercise like crazy, which has now turned into me hating exercise and it's this perpetual cycle of not wanting to sweat, but pretty much always being damp. I have a fun blowing on me in a cold room because I definitely don't want to sweat at the off chance the AC breaks.
