Speak up about the things that annoying you; if you think someone has wronged you in some way, or wronged others, you need to speak up. Talking is the only way these worries and fears and your anger will ever get out into the open. We have the ability to speak, we should damn well use it.
If only I had applied myself in my earlier school years; learned how to cope under pressure, how to time-manage. I probably would be in the same mess I am in now but atleast I might be better equipped to deal with it? I dunno. I just can't help but feel this is kinda a hopeless situation.
There is a lot of choice in life; which town to live in, school to go to, who to give your heart to and who to avoid like the plague. But there is always the nagging feeling, looming in the back of your mind when you make these big, life changing decisions. What if I make the wrong choice? What do I do then?
You can run all you want. They say you can run to the ends of the earth, you can hide where you please, change your name, anything. They say you can do all that and the catchers will still find you. It's what they do really, if it wasn't they wouldn't need to be called catchers. They catch.
A trunk is a large case where you keep valuable things. It is always important. I have never seen a trunk filled with soemthing unimportant. All i have seen inside them is memories.
Sneaky is not entirely a bad thing. To be sneaky you have to be able to hide things; mostly the truth but that doesn't always have to be bad. You can sneakily leave love notes lying around for your little crush? You could organise a suprise birthday party after sneakily prying to find out the persons favourite things? Sneaky isn't always bad, sneaky just gets a bad press.
Comfort is something everyone craves, from the day they are born comfort is sought out in a mothers embrace, a warm room on a cold day, eventually they find another human who finds comfort in the same thnigs they do and gives them more comfort in return.
Mutual is a big word. It has a lot of meaning and many requirements behind it. If something is 'mutual' you both have to commit, in equal parts, the exact same thing. This is where it starts to get complicated and a 'mutual' thing becomes a one-sided thing, like a friendship or love. One-sided love occurs much more frequently than mutual love. Much to the chagrin and disappintment to one member of the mutual/one-sided party.
Her hair had been braided that morning, a large, chunky braid that matched the cinnamon bread her mother had made her the day before. It had had flwoers woven into it, and thread that caught the light and glistened in the sun. Now it was unraveling, falling apart in the setting sun just liek everything else around her. When the soldiers came there was only chance to run. She had left everything behind.
Repetition is the most depressing things i've come across. It's how most people live their lives, with a repeatative routine. Wake up, eat breakfast, work, come home, eat dinner, sleep. No variety. What's the point? Where is the life, the energy?
