To be held is something that everyone should experience, whether it's by a mother, or a lover or a caretaker of any sort. Everyone needs the companionship that being held brings you, and you need to know that you're not alone. That's what is the most important part about being held. The love, the embrace.
Modern day Christianity isn't a religion. Or at least it shouldn't be. It's more of a relationship, it's a relationship with God. It's a relationship with people, that reflects your relationship with Him. That's the way it was meant to be.
