They took the ferry because the bridge was out. The rain just kept falling. The boat was crowded with crying children, frightened parents, wet dogs, bicycles, backpacks and crap. It felt like the end.
"Another manhattan, bartender. It's been that kind of day." And it held little promise of improving, though the alcohol sort of blurred the messy details.
This is me, not thinking. Just writing stories. Stories about things that never happened. But might have happened. A long time ago. In a galaxy, you know, far, far away.
But I digress. Wait, is digression thinking? I'm just supposed to be writing. Writing what? Oh yeah, stories.

Whenever I go out, awesomeness ensues. Yep. Action-Dave, Cool-Guy Bachelor, that's my handle. That guy in How I Met Your Mother? The suit dude? Based on me. Yep.

Sitting at the café, trying to make sense of everything. A pointless effort in futility, as always. And the coffee stinks.
I used to be a T-Mobile subscriber, but when the iPhone 3G was released, I switched to AT&T. My first mobile phone was a Nokia "smart" phone. That tear-dropped shaped model. Had Bluetooth, a camera and everything.
