remember that one time when i invited you to the tree? no? oh, well i know i'm not that important to you. or memorable. or time-worthy. but when i invited you and you didn't show, i waited. i waited until it got dark, and then i walked home. before i walked i carved our initials into the tree, though, and now i can't rid myself of them.
