I think the word blasted is interesting because it just SOUNDS interesting! I think of a spaceship being shot up into space or a rocket, like "blast off!" I guess it can also pertain to being belligerently drunk. I hope that I get blasted when I go to Chicago for St. Patty's weekend. Shit should be pretty crunk.
