A lot of people view politicians in so many different ways a hero to one person could be a vile person to another. No matter who is vilified it is helpful to know that someone is willing to face problems that no other would want to tackle on. Politicians may not always have the correct motives but hopefully some are motivated to help the world and not themselves.
