Manners. Chivalry. Where has it gone? Why is it a bad thing to want to be treated like a lady, or that men have to be crass. Or women for that matter? Why are good manners, being kind bad? Why are girls crude? What gives them the idea it's ok? Hmm. I wish for a simpler time, or a more genteel time.
