Chompping down on the vanilla wafer she smirked. He was pacing in front of her obviously nervious. She giggled quietly to herself. He was so easy to rile up. She finished her last bite quickly.
She shivered in the cold air. Her audition was tonight, but with the long line. It looks like she was going to be awhile. She really wanted this part-no needed it. A dark part of her was willing to do anything to get it.
Anything.
Catapulting through the air she landed on her feet like a cat. Laughing she struck out her feet catching an enemy by their chin. This was beauty, this was promise. Grinning she threw herself into battle once more.
Time for her to strike back.
Sighed,
Macy.
How dare she?
You through the letter on the ground. Rage welling up in your gut like a balloon. She had no right to do this none at all. You wanted to scream and rage, but you knew that would be stupid.
You life was ruined.
It was all your best friends fault.
Grinning she rode the air. Her bike taking no damage as she did so. She was free for the first time in a long time. All because she trusted a stranger. She had a terrible feeling though. What if he was wrong.
What if the air streams were a lie?
What if she were to fall like the rest?
It was dark out the light fading from the hollow buildings. It was desolate and grey. Grimacing I tasted my stale coffee. Light had faded from the world. What a Shame too. There was so many potability's.
So much death to be had here.
