Half the time she was sitting beside him, Jeanne felt like her body was on fire. His touch sent shivers down her spine, the simplest of looks sent her into a dizzy fit. The tropical jungle was dense with towering trees, leaves soaking in sunlight from the canopy. The air carried along the scent of rainwater. Rainwater mixed with the earth.
