You can't force anyone to do anything unless you're a physical force like gravity but even then you can't force someone down if they want to be up say in a
space shuttle.
Her skin was silky smooth, soft as you'd imagine a dove's coo if only you could feel it.
Was there more to her than that?
"No," he thought sadly. "No."
And so he let her slip away like a silk nightgown from a body.
Her hair was straw blonde, stawlike not only in its color but in its texture as well. But how did she know this?
"Put my hair up for me, will you?"
And of course she could do nothing but oblige.
For how else is one to react to such a girl with straw blonde hair?
We have four antlers in our basement. I think it's weird when people have things like that laying (lying?) around their homes, but in this case it's normal. I think. We used to always find antlers laying (lying?) on the ground in my backyard at my old house. We'd pick them up and boil them and keep them, and we brought them with us when we moved. So now we have four antlers in our basement.
You can have a history with someone. And that history can be the basis for your friendship, the sole reasoning behind every moment you spend and every word you exchange together. Without a history there's nothing, right? Without knowing the history of our world we have no way of knowing how to act in the future, what to expect... there's no basis for anything without history. The same goes with people. There's no basis for a relationship without a history together first.
Cells looks like cellos and just as cells are in my body I feel within me a need to play the cello. Because cello is music and music is magic and love and feeling and high and low and sway and fall and everything anything.
You can't predict how things will change between and with and regarding you and anyone and everyone. You can't try to or begin to or hope to imagine how time will twist and squeeze and mangle everything you know to be true right now, and change it to become a different then.
smile smile smile across your face across your mind across your heart across the world like that long yellow tape that reads "caution" but this time make it something happy. It's yellow and in this case yellow is bad but there are so many times where yellow is happy like the sun and daffodils and how bright you feel when you see a smile.
She was taking the train farther away than she'd ever imagined a bird to be able to fly. That's how she was judging her distance - by the creatures that knew no boundaries of roads, fences, society.
They embraced, but she could tell that this gesture was merely a casual act of courtesy. It didn't mean anything, and she knew it, and he knew it, but she smiled a little inside because everyone around them was oblivious to this seemingly obvious fact. It's funny, she thought, how emotions so obvious to someone could be masked completely by the simple complexity of an embrace.
