I don't know what to say about the word sonar. Just reminds of that thing that dolphins have apparently. And whales? It would be could to be able to hum stuff and have people far, far away from me understand exactly what I am trying to convey. I wonder who figured that out. And how can we really be sure that's what they are doing?
My mom is crazy about decorations. And I thought it was just the way people did things. But it's really really really not just that way. At all. My mom has brought my family and the way I think even to a certain level of classiness that I can only hope to replicate in my own future household. From the simple, metal american flag for the 4th of July, to giant Easter eggs to massive candy canes and a 12 foot tree, I am so lucky to have grown up with these lovely things around me. It has given me a special kind of love for the holidays and the ability to put my own finishing touch on projects. So, thanks mom.
I used to have an obsession with bandages. It originated when I was so young I can't even remember. Whenever my mom burned herself or someone needed a band-aid, I was the first person to rush upstairs and rip open the box and retrieve the bandage. I realized this when I was playing lacrosse in high school and how I longed for a bandages to wrap any part of my body. It's weird. You're not supposed to LIKE bandages. They cover up pain, after all.
