The snow fell. And fell. It kept on falling, and it seemed like it would be relentless. That makes no difference for a certain Tsukishima Kei, for he was going to shut himself indoors as usual. His condition was not that bad, but with the passing of his beloved, he no longer felt any drive to live a happy life.
It was all an illusion. His life, the boring, routinely life he was living; it was all an illusion. Now he was living in a place that could be barely considered as society, let alone a home. Everything was so... desolate. Even in the illusion that his former world was, at least there was color and vibrance.
He had to escape. This devastating plague had no mercy, and he would be inevitably next to succumb to it. All around him, people were frozen into stone, motionless, with faces of desperation; crying out for some unknown Savior that would never come. That's right, this plague turned people into stone statues.
Central Station. This was no place for a criminal like him. He could be ratted out any moment, noticed by the police, and he couldn't afford that to happen. Problem was, there was no escape route in sight. All around were people, hordes and hordes of people.
