Ooooh this is tricky. I’m full of advice. Often unsolicited! But it’s information IMO. Information I wish I’d had when I was trying to figure out A or B or C and was going CRAZY researching it once upon a time. So when I hear someone mention something I’ve already learned tons about, I speak up and say “Hey! I know how to do that! Have you tried this…” – And people can take or leave whatever info I give them. It doesn’t matter to me whether or not someone implements information I give them. If someone keeps bemoaning a certain situation or asking for help with the same issue, I might repeat myself once or twice, in case they forgot, but that’s about it.
It’s kind of like an information booth. Imagine you’re a tourist somewhere. You go to the info booth and they tell you all of the information they have, and the great things you can do, and how to get there, and they give you directions, and they might even repeat them a couple of times to make sure you’ve understood, but they’re not going to follow you around for the rest of the day saying “Did you go to the museum? Why not? I TOLD YOU YOU’D LIKE IT!!!! YOU MUST GO TO THE MUSEUM!!!!”

He gave me the best advice as anyone ever had. I couldn’t be sure if I wanted to take it or not. In the end, I did. Advice. He had no idea what the hell he was talking about. Ever, but when he told me about it. I just listened.

i didn’t ask… i wish you hadn’t told me… i really didn’t want to know… why do you think you are the expert… even i could have come up with that… leave me alone. if i want your advice, i’ll ask for it!

I like to give advice to people that are insecure and feel down on themselves. mY dad was alwasy there to give me advice, to be a mentor, a leader and a friend is what this is for. Its for people that really want to thrive, but just need the directions. I am that person that can help you with advice. To make you smile or feel more confident.

I entered the counselor’s office with a problem and a serious amount of anxiety. I didn’t really feel like asking her advice, because she was a tall, thin, austere woman with a pinched mouth and wire-rimmed glasses–and while that might not seem altogether terrifying, she was in charge of telling me whether my goals were realistic.

i give good advice
but i sure don’t take it
i’d like to think i’ll live long
but who knows if i’ll make it
i don’t always do whats best
and i try to get ahead
but i end up back at start
because life is fucking hard
and here i am again
and i feel like i have no friends
but if i take a look around
i’ll see the world is filled with them
i know if i seek God
i will always get by
but sometimes i really wish i
could be more than just ‘alright’
giving advice is not something people expect in return for revealing their sorrows. most people just need a shoulder to cry on; however, it is in human nature to connect someone else’s emotions to your own, and give them your outlook, and what you would do in the same situation.

I try to give her advice. Every time she comes to me about her relationship and how she’s fighting with her boyfriend. I tell her the same thing every time but all I get is “I love him though, I’ll just deal with it and let it go”. I give up on other people’s relationships. If you don’t take my advice, I won’t give you it.
Her incessant requests for advice baffle and irritate. She never listens to my sensible words, instead she opts for screwing things up. What would be the point in her being content? The drama fuels her tedious life and gives her something to talk about.
Advice is something people give to friends, relatives, and other loved ones. Advice about the dangers of drinking and driving, going to a party where you know no one there, or maybe something as simple as making sure your food is cooked all of the way through. A true friend can give their friends advice, no matter how em

When I think of the word advice, I think of my family. My family has always given me great advice, and sometimes not so great, but it has the same effect either way. The best piece of advice I’ve gotten, as cliche as it is, is to do what you love. I feel that I have given that advice it’s justice and done it well, but
