  1. don’t exist. I wish I had a way to prove their nonexistence. if they were truly there, someone would have seen one by now. At least one good movie (wings of desire) was made. It was really superb.

If I were an angel, I think I would turn evil.

    Matt Wilson
  2. Angels, the harbingers of eternal salvation. Frequently spoke and wrote of, but never truly seen except in fantastical mythos or perhaps the bible. There are many interpretations of the angel, from servant of god, to the holy warriors of the heavens.

  7. angels are something that people like to believe follow them around and protect them. Some people think they have wings and are human in appearance. Others think they just look like humans and are actually ghostly. Personally I don’t believe in ghosts or angels but if believing in something makes a person feel better and behave better in his/her life, I’m all for it. Providing I’m not forced to believe the same thing or somebody else’s angel starts following me around.

  10. in the sky they appear. hair full of fire and wind. they sing the chorus that heralds the bringing of destruction, but of loving peace. the paradoxical nature of their messages are not lost. we see them, but we ignore their good and make visible only their pain. what applies and what dies becomes one and the same. oh how to be loved.

    carl shan
  11. I’ll watch over you
though you never asked me to
    the angels in the sky
    aren’t coming home tonight

    your hand wrapped in mine,
I will always be there for you

    Josh Miller
  12. We were angels in different skins. Kin. How did we hold it all together, how did we nearly win? Wondrous worlds apart, yet we are so similar. Don’t tell me you don’t know it, cause you’d be lying.
Does this mean I’m not alone?

    Miss Miller

  14. Angels, fall from time to time
Do they fall? Or do they fly
To be by our side, while we cry

    Angels, soft and ethereal
    Whispering hope in our hearts
    Embracing us in hard times

    Inspiring moments of awe
    Are angels sighing

    April
  15. Angels, are they up there?
Or down here, next to you

    Are they sitting next to
    That crying girl, to comfort

Are they sitting next to me
    To inspire and uplift

Are they in a flowers bloom
Are they flying past the moon

    April
  16. When I think of angels I begin to wonder what life is like beyond life. Do we all get to become angels? Or do only the most saintly? Perhaps we get chosen. Or maybe we are drafted. What is the difference between an angel and a ghost? Is there one? I hope so.

    Nathan Tapp

  23. Where do angels come from? Are they people in our lives that have passed away? Are they dressed in white with halos? What do they look like and why can’t we see them all the time? There is a little angel that hangs on my bedroom door-it is a simple little handmade doll with sparkling wings.

  26. I personally don’t think that angels exist. Most like to think that my mother is an angel, and thats what they used to tell me as a child. however, i never believed it. i always belived that she was in her next life waiting for me to join her. so i was suicidal, and then some.

    JD
  27. When I read this word I do not think of the winged creatures from Heaven. I simply think of my ex-best friend. Her name was Angel and she was everything to me. I was only complete when she was near, but now she’s gone and she’ll never love me again.

  30. they are a religious symbol that people tend to exemplify as being good. certain angles are bad, dark angles and such. the devil, lucifer in the christian religion, is a fallen angle from heaven.

    RC
  31. sacrasanct, these who have come from high, and a supersticious beleif that all who cannot accept must be doomed to not have anybody look over them, that we are alone, and that there is no salvation for our souls. maybe, maybe not? theres nothing more to write

    g

  36. Among the heavens, there is only one true beauty. Nay, that is not god, the stars, the clouds, the familiar faces nor the freedom, but the angels. Scattered amongst the fair men and women are the true definition of true beauty. I can only hope one day, to venture into the depths of heaven, and to see for myself the true beauty.
