  1. Pandas are rather fond of it. It’s completely inedible to most other species, but grows like a weed. If humans could eat bamboo, chances are world hunger would be over. But it probably tastes like crap.

  2. Bamboo is very hard, often green, brown and lives in more humid regions. we once had bamboo in our yard. our dog liked to run through and play in it. kinda lkike her own vietnam. there is lots of bamboo in vietnam war movies. people hide in it. some people also eat it. pandas eat it.

  4. my grandparents have a ton of bamboo trees in their backyard. we’ve always wanted to meet somebody who can tell us how to cook the roots properly. they are very cool trees, it would be nice to know that they taste good too. :)

  9. bamboo sucks. i have some and i thought i was going to be cool, but it died. they told me that it didn’t need much sunlight, and a little bit of water, but they lied, cuz now it is dead in my bathroom.

  10. She glanced out of her window, gazing at the wild bamboo. She felt sure this was where she belonged… but to be honest, no one is ever where they really belong. There is always another place calling for us, desiring for us to be there. Maybe we will just never be a settled people.

  11. Asains. Asians remind me of bamboo. And sushi, im not sure why sushi, i dont think that sushi has any bamboo it in. but im pretty sure its corrolated with asains. Im craving sushi, but then again i always say that but once i have it i end up either wanting a cheeseburger or throwing up. thats probablly not good. thai food does sound good.

  13. a stick that pandas eat. Its very cool. I love it, specially when floor mats are made out of it. That makes me sound very materialistic. I promise I’m not I just like floor mats, I guess.

  20. bamboo is a lovley thing, it grows tall and small and makes a great story for all. the ryhming is completely unintentinall, just writting out my thoughts, i onced owned a bamboo plant, it didnt grow very fast it is only 3 inches ater a year.

  24. Pandas eat bamboo. They sit in trees all day with their sleepy eyes and eat bamboo. Bamboo looks like straws. Pandas probably eat bamboo and sip bamboo drinks through bamboo straws how cute. oOo

  27. I was given a pair of bamboo chopsticks once the waitress had seated us, and nothing else but a napkin.

    I had already mistakenly agreed to having Claire order for me and when I asked her what we were having, she told me soup.

    My food probably won’t defy the laws of physics.

  28. bamboo is peaceful. like calming. it reminds me of my summer camp where it grows. I miss those days. I miss the bamboo. Bamboo. totally like, asian, and still yet it’s in orange county. It’s pretty unique. A plant, but like, wood? Yeah! And cute furniture.

  31. I don’t know why I brought the big piece of bamboo back with me from the spiritual retreat. Maybe it was to remind myself of the times I had while there, of the thoughts I had, of the revelations I made. But whatever the reason now, I have a big piece of bamboo I don’t know what to do with or where to put it. It’s just sitting there on the kitchen floor, getting in my way.

  33. a plant that you can see wild animals eating. The specific animal you would see is a panda. Pandas are cute according to millions of women out there. Can’t say so myself. I hear they are quite deadly and hate humans to the utmost. I hate humans to the utmost….not really.

  36. There was a time when i was young and free-spirited. I enjoyed picking up bamboo from the woods behind my house. i thought it was gorgeous. Now i simply despise bamboo. I spent a summer farming. We chopped bamboo to use for pole bean stakes for two weeks straight, and during that time, i ended up with the most painful blisters i’ve ever experienced, and several gashes from knives and machetes. It was definitely worthwhile.

  37. I was walking deep through the thick brush of the jungle. After torching the island, all I could smell was a combination of smoldering bamboo and the bodies of what we prayed were the soldiers we were up against. Nobody really knew for sure, but nobody wanted to.

  40. I have tights made from bamboo. They keep me very warm and are very high quality. They are prefect for all the walking I do in Milwaukee. Bamboo is moving up and out into the world.
