To know exactly what you’re doing, and where you’re going.

To not have to worry about being unique.

It stings me, I don’t like it, although I’ve never actually been stung so I suppose I wouldn’t know if I liked it or not – but I sort of assume that I wouldn’t find the sensation very pleasurable. Hm .OH my. There’s a green bar. That’s not very bee like. Bees are all yellow and black (at least normal bumblebees are) and I’m babbling, aren’t I? Time is going to run out. Soon. And I keep making typos. Not good. Uh.

  21. I am afraid of bees, but not excessively so. Last time I got stung, I was driving Rt. 1 north of San Fran in a rental car, windows down, curvey road. The bee came in the ope window and when I brushed it off my leg, it stung my middle finger. My entire left arm swelled up and hurt like hell. But the best part was that the stinger stayed in, and when I asked my friend to pull it off, he nearly yanked my finger off (he didn’y know what was happening). He nearly killed us both as we barely stayed on the road. It is funny now, but no so nuch then. I wasn’t sure if I would continue to have an allergic reaction or if my arm was responding to his nearly pulled it off! It hurt like hell. When we got to a phone, we called poison control, and they told me to rub antiperapirant on the bee sting as it would make the swelling go down. Neith3re of us had the right kind, of course, but it was a great end to the sory. We found a hotel in Petaluma and gave up for the day, and I lived o tell about it. My friend still insists he thought it was a stinging nettle, although how that would haave flown in through a car window is a mystery. Anything can happen, I guess…..

  33. I think bees are nice and buzz. I got a bee sting when I was a kid when a bee entered my house and my grandmother tried to kill it. It ended up stinging me. I’m scared of beehives. They’re scary especially when you don’t have that really nice protective suit. But I like the color yellow. But I’m still scared out of my gut by bees.

  38. Bees were my key club’s mascot. Everywhere you went, you saw that used-to-be-tacky combination of bright yellow and black. But it changed. It wasn’t a clash of colors that were unflattering, it was so cheerful and bright and eccentric. Those kids are the cutest with their yellow and black and crazy cheers, and loud laughs, big smiles and bigger hearts.
