Blast from the past is a term for a piece of old pop music. It isn’t necessarily good, though often people think that because music is familiar, it’s good. Likewise they think that if they’re unfamiliar with it, it’s bad music.

as sketch marks are dragged out of the world and smudges and marks are wiped away from earth’s canvas.
This is about having a fun time no matter where you are. It also refers to something being sent out of a projectile perhaps a cannon. It is when a group of people get together and the fun is like the cannon experience a big bang of fun.

On the other hand a blast of cold air really puts a damper on things.

B.A.P. could give a blast and kill all other rookies. That’s what I think. Haters gonna hate. They are warriors. They are killers. And fans are babies. Yes.
It was so much fun. We had a blast of a time. The wind blew up and the dust swirled in the air around us. Our eyes blinked as we fought to keep the pain of the grit from our eyes.

This is fun. You’re going out with friends and it will be very fun. Shoot me out or up into the atmosphere. I want to blast you because you make me so VERY angry. How can the cold blast me in the face so ferociously?
Cindy
Wooooo-eeeeehh! Ridin’ in trucks, flingin’ mud, castin’ a line and having a cold one at the end of the day…Let’s go all out tonight and get down home country…Let’s have a blast!
It is a blast to go down a slide. I had a blast in Florida this winter. I have a blast looking for shells especially with my family. I heard a blast when the explosion happened. We had a blast watching the Cyclones win.

I really hope this whole OneWord writing bit is as much of a blast as I hope it to be. I was told about this site from an old writing teacher, and sometimes when I’m bored or feel the need for creativity, I want to write but can think of nothing. Now perhaps I will have a writing blast more often.
having a blast – something i don’t do as often as i used too. i’m too grown up now. grown-ups don’t have a blast – we have fun, a good time. i want to rewind and have a blast. that is my plan for the weekend.

I think of a surge of power, a spaceship, giving it my all. like teaching with my heart and all that I have. i’m tired at the end but its worth it! then i need a weekend to recoup – or a summer for that matter.

hello, my name is cat and I live cats. I have a girlfriend and I love her as well. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do here.

I think riding in the car and singing to music is a blast!! The windows are rolled down and I am speeding down the road with todays “oldies” blaring on the radio. I love to hang my mouth open and sing along. I also love to challenge the person riding with me to a name that tune duel. We rush to be the first person who can name the song and artist. Sometimes I am right about the name of the tune and sometimes I am drastically wrong!! Being wrong is usually so funny that we make a memory! It is hilarious what people think songs are titled and they lyrics say. It is a conversation within itself! As I mentioned earlier, driving in the car with music blaring as I sing my heart out like Celine Dion is nothing but a BLAST!!!

I had a blast last summer. I got married, saw my wonderful family and friends, and honeymooned in paradise.

I had a balst with my firends when we went to a concert last summer. We all had fun with the memories that the music brought back to us. We adanced and we sang. We also had beer there. Beer is always good to drink.

What a great time it was on the pontoon boat! The sun baking us as much as the water cooled. Snorkling on the sandbar and chasing tiny bullheads through the reeds filled the afternoon. Cold soda and grilled food were our reward as we recovered from our blast of summertime fun.

The blast shook the walls of the Institute, toppling over desks and leaving the students and faculty sprawled across the floor. Everyone was in a panic. There were cries of fear and bewilderment, calls of outrage, and screams for order coming from the adults. No one knew what to do. Then the second blast occurred. This time, the walls and ceiling crumbled, leaving corpses and living bodies trapped beneath the debris. The noises made were quieter, more frightened, and very very desperate. The third blast was the last. This one was accompanied by flames of orange and red and yellow. It ended the event, and silenced the humans, once and for all.

a blast of flavor in your mouth when you eat sweet pineapple, or David’s spaghetti sauce!

What a blast this day has been. A can of tuna exploded this morning as I heard the cat meow. It was as if the cat summoned this act of spontaneous cumbustion. The kitchen smells like fish. What do I do? The clock is ticking. I feel like this has happened before.

I heard the blast and saw nothing. My eyes began screaming, and my head throbbed. Smoke filled my lungs, and breathing was nearly impossible. Something ripped into my leg. Glass? A piece of my desk? I heard faint screaming in the background.
Kelly felt the blast before he heard it, somehow. It shook him, vibrated through him from the inside out, and nearly brought him to his knees. Then came the sound.
Leaving him was the best decision I ever made for my vagina. It now got all the attention it desired since it realized it was meant for much more than peeing. And not just by any fellow, but by only the best in the city.
A blast of cold rain funneled at his face, first from the front, then at the side, like some giant was wielding invisible hoses and shaking them like crazy. The front door swung on its hinges, as if the wind were trying to tear it off. Jim pushed it closed, slowly, but a traveler in a yellow raincoat and soggy cotton mittens came out of the storm, grasped the door handle and pulled at it impatiently, so that the wind yanked it open again.
I have a blast when it comes to finding children’s books that make me think of the readers and writers in my class of first graders. Recently I was at the book store and there were displays of books about St. Pat’s day and Easter. Wow! I love to browse through the titles and think about who would love this one, and this one, and oh another! What a blast! To dream and look.

The water is a blast. You can kayak, snorkel, canoe, swim, waterski, kneeboard, or whatever else. Its always a blast and its always fun. Great for summer or just when you’re bored.
BLAST OFF!
My grandfather and my mom worked for NASA. We have many photographs of Astronauts and pieces of fabric that visited, orbited and landed on the moon. I can’t think of BLAST OFF without thinking of those brave souls who lost their lives in the pursuit of the Last Frontier.
Blast is a great one!. The word sounds as much fun as it is. I had a blast on New Year’s Eve with my friends. I had a blast at my friend’s lake home last summer. Hope there are lots of blasts in my future!
the gentlmen felt a blast of hot air coming from below the dock. What on earth could that be? exclaimed one? But to me it was obvious. I had been whale watching all year and I knew perfectly well what was happenning.

They saw mean; I saw hurt. And when it came down to it, who knew me best? They were finished with telling me how I felt. I was the sole proprietor of that ship. It would sail off into the distance with a blast, leaving the former owners to fend for themselves on a burning island.
The compition i love. I practice piano for all year and hope for the best. Never thinking im going to win cause thats when you lose. Mever getting nervois just playin my best. Making enimies when i do better than them but still being a good sport about it.

I hit the ground running, fiery tongues licking at my back. The blast was enormous, throwing lesser people around like rag dolls. It was unlike anything I had ever seen before, but hopefully I would never see again. A woman during this time of the month, was a scary, explosive experience.

I had a total blast when I went to the bookstore with a friend. We couldn’t stop talking about all the great books in front of us. Each time we touched a book, it held a story. We raved about the great reads we could share with students.

The gun was pointing straight at me. I felt alive. What a blast. I wasn’t scared, why should I? Yes I might die. But I died feeling alive. Isn’t that what everyone wants. He pulls the trigger and.. I’m flying.
Heidi
I think of me blasting a ball into a basket. I had a blast outside yesterday. I had a blast on the rollar coaster. I had a blast at the party. A rocket ship blasts off. Fly. Every day, I always have a blast. I had a blast with my friends. I had a blast when we went to Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida. I think of a dynamite stick getting ready to blast. I think of the wind blasting on my face. I had a blast at the Blazer game. A blast of flavor. I had a blast playing my video games. Once I went to the park with a lot of kids and had a blast. I had a blast with my friends in high school.
