  19. this is obviously an appropriate word for today, a post-blizzard day if there ever was one. it was beautiful. the snow falling large wafers outside my window. some moments, you could actually watch the wind change. as most of the flakes fell diagonally to the left, small minor funnel cloud would hover behind, and then they would begin falling diagonally to the right.

  22. there was a blizzard outside. it was so cold that no matter how many blankets or clothes i wore, i felt chilled to the bone. the snow was collecting on the screens of my windows and sweeping up in large drifts against the doors. i felt claustrophobic, trapped. there was nothing worse to me than being stuck with myself, my thoughts.

  33. I haven’t really experienced it, living in a tropical country. I don’t want to experience it, to be honest. Blizzards look horrible on TV. And I hate snow. I went to CA and it was snowing, i hated it.

  34. blizzards suck. they trap everyone in their houses and force them to hang out with whoever is already there. What if its your weird aunt that came to visit for only a few days, and is now trapped with you for an entire week? A person could go crazy thinking about that. Haven’t you read the Shining? Jack went nuts because they were all stuck in that hotel together with no where to go!
