  2. there are building block of life. you can either go through them or let them ‘block’ the way to life. you can overcome them by using them to your advantage or allowing them to overcome you. blocks are a test of who you are and who you want to be. what you want to do. let them block you out and you become a shell of yourself, and theres no going back from then.

  8. I see little blocks everywhere. I see them forming huge skyscrapers that seem to touch outer space. I can barely see the sky, they’re so tall. I want to climb them, so I do. They’re all sorts of colors. I’m dizzy because I’m so high up. It’s insane. To touch the clouds on these toy pillars.

  10. Blocks are cube shaped objects, much like boxes. For that matter, I used to work in a shipping department of a small research company. I sent out empty boxes filled with dry ice and bubble wrap for people to send defective products back in. I loved that job, but my boss was a creepy uncle-looking type.

  12. i used to play with them when i was a kid. i built a palace once or twice. perfectly symmetrical. i always paid attention to that. each side had to match each side. if it wasn’t perfect it wasn’t right. only now would I understand that structures don’t have to be perfect. blocks should be built upon and fall down

  20. I remember playing with these blocks at my grandparents house every time we went to visit. They had this sweet smell, like they were old and had been in my family for years. which they had. the colors had faded, and many of the blocks were chipped, but those were the toys that i flocked to every time i came.

  26. blocks are fun to play with especially when I was in pre-school and we had play time. many children today have more advanced toys to play with than the ones I had when I was young. I kind of wish I had the toys they have today.

  28. My daughter plays with these wonderful shapes. They can be stacked and have letters, numbers, and pictures on them. The shape of a block, a square, is so basic and integral to our lives that it is one of the first things that children learn. The ability to build something is amazing, to use your imagination and blocks to create something. Using blocks shows that sometimes the sum is greater than its parts.

  32. The red and green triangular blocks go over there. The blue rectangles there. The design is almost a mandala, but it’s not necessarily symmetric. It can be difficult to determine which blocks go where without a picture as a guide.

  33. Blocks of time determine my life. I have a time for school and a time for work and a time for homework. Why can’t my life flow, like water through a sieve? It would be more fluid and much more comfortable than the clunky movements from one block of time to another. It think it’d be nice, you know? More freedom.

  35. i like to play with blocks a lot.. they remind me of childhood and pretending that you are an architect. and then when you build the tallest tower without them falling down, you crash into them. although, i was a dork when i was little, and i built Minas Tirith as in the city of kings in Gondor haha. go little me go.

  37. Roads and writers have lots of things in common. The most prominent being that they can never stretch on for too long without getting jammed up and needing repairs. The blocks make them function easier. We need to be thankful for them, because they make the ride worthwhile.

  38. blocks are usually square or recatnglular (spell fail) and i always think about little kid blocks and playing when i was little like making castles XD used alot of blocks and usually there the primary colors: red, yellow, blue.

  39. Block building all around me. I’m afraid of putting up blocks, tearing down blocks, being blocked by blocks. I fear the blocks and the Bloc Quebecois. One day I’ll block my father from my Facebook account. I need to remember to apply sunblock more religiously or else I’ll never block cancer.

  40. when you were a kid did you ever play with building blocks? i used to like to make castles out of them. all of those pretty colors piled upon one another, they looked like a rainbow. they were the prettiest things that I had ever seen.
