  4. my mother has lady slippers in her garden. they’re endangered, so it’s really awesome. we get more every year. i found some in the woods on the other side of the house a few years ago, but i think one of the last few winters got to it because i don’t see them around anymore

  26. i wrote a poem once about lightbulbs… it ended up being really horrible. it was the first, though, that i ever let anyone look at. i sent it to my friend cam, who read it and told me it was wonderful. he was just being nice, because it was shit and we both knew it. cam is a good friend.

    but i knew it could not be fixed.

    no matter how i tried, i couldn’t bring myself to throw it out, either.

  40. Bulbs are fantastically brilliant when lit, and they only accentuate curtain rods. Curtian rods are lit joyeously through the brightness and determination of such a wonderful light bulb. Bulbs are in flowers as well, also very pretty. Those are two things that go well together, I think.
    Bulbs, lights, and curtain rods are all anyone need to pay the electricity bill.
