It was tied neatly with a piece of twin, sitting unassumingly right in the middle of her steps, where she normally expected the paper to be. She stood staring for a few moments before slowing stepping forward and leaning down to pick up the bundle. Her fingers brushed the wood and then everything went white.

  29. Have you ever heard the expression “a bundle of joy”? It’s an expression that holds meaning for a little newborn baby, or a child who has a contagious laughter. It brings joy and happiness to faces and minds. I’d rather bring joy and happiness to people, than be a bundle of wood. Haha, although, that brings warmth!

  35. I think of a baby swaddled in a blanket. I also think of a bundle of wood, which makes me think of campfires and camping. I wish we could be camping right now instead of peering out at 4 feet of snow. It won’t come soon enough. I also think babout bundling the kids up to go outside for a play.

  40. A bundle of blankets in my bed, I shiver away from the cracked window and the cold air seeping in. I can hear the snow falling, it’s so quiet. Quiet like this is rare in the city, on a college campus. I snuggle into my bundle deeper and wish I could stay longer.
