change is possible. it needs to happen. but one has to want it to take place. it’s not going to be easy, so one shouldn’t give up just because it gets difficult. it can happen. it is important that it does happen. and you can surely make it happen.
Randy
Change is what I feel is in the wind today with the inaugeration just taking place. All the people all over the country glued to their tv’s or in D.C to share in the joy. I never thought I would see this in my life time and I am only 49. My daughter is biracial and my three grand children. To know they will have the same opportunites and be able to see someone of color lead our country is the best thing I could have ever prayed for. We need to bring our standing in the world back to what it was before and I think after today we are well on our way to doing this. It makes me want to make the needed changes in my own life to lead me further in the right direction. Maybe this was what I needed to do…sit and watch all these events unfolding today and try to put my own life into some sort of perspective. Maybe the first thing I should do is work on my ability to spell. I have always had a challenge with spelling. I wonder why…did I not practise my words in school? Didn’t my parents realize I was having problems with my spelling? My two sisters and brother don’t seem to have a problem with spelling. I think it has been a minute or does this thing stop on its own…
Karen
it has been a long time coming. change is what we need. not just as a country but also as individuals. there is nothing wrong with change. some have been criticized for changing while others stagnate and fear change. today i pleadge change-change to make my life fuller to make my goals reality

barack obama, what about it, not seeing it, something that happens different from the past, civil rights, women’s rights, techonolgy, personality, my life, my beliefs, and i don’t really know what else, everything changes all the time thats it

Change. I could use some of that. He told me that it was a phase. That they end sooner or later, but why does later always feel like forever? Maybe someday that will change, too.

The axiom “change is what happens when you’re not watching” is utterly ludicrous. The most effective way to change is by consciously and consistently doing exactly that – changing.

I’ve never watched the inauguration before but today was different something extraordinary. Change, I was filled with emotion and positve energy. So many people coming together for a common good. It was special. A moment in history for all to remember.

President Obama spoke about change in his address to the United States today.

The world is changing. You either change with it and or get lost in the change. Don’t think that the world is changing you, it’s not. The people and times are giving you the opportunity to change. To be better or worse. Some can only dream of change.

This has been a buzz word of 2008 and catapulted Obama’s campaign. It allowed people to accept without really understanding and trust and have hope. We have yet to see if change is all it’s cracked up to be.
Rachel Hobgood
Barack Obama used this word many times during his campaign to distinguish himself from the incumbent’s political party. He promises to bring this to America, because we are in dire need of new and creative ideas to change our current economic crisis.
Lesley Anne Dickerson
Change is sometimes hard for people. Change means no longer having certain traditions and standards. People must endure change and embrace it, for it makes individuals into stronger, more well-rounded beings.
Kristin E.
Not everyone enjoys the same thing all the time. Sometimes the rut of life needs a new path. For better or worse change is inevitable. People must aquire the skill to cope with change and discover

Of all days for the word to be change, is it chance it is the day of the inauguration? I have been a fan of Barack Obama for two years, and have watched his ascent to the presidency from the beginning. It is a change for all those involved. He demonstrates that it is never too late, not even for an entire country, to start fresh.
Staci Dale
The new President of the United States is making change one of the main goals of his new administration. In this time of economic crisis, change in the way the market is regulated will be crucial for prosperity.
Danielle
Change is what President Barack Obama has promised this nation today in his inaugural address to the United States. With his passion for restoring the faith of the people within the government, the next 4 years will be interesting to see how things will change with him, through the challenges present today in the U.S.
Erica H.
This word was one of the most highly used in the 2008 Presidential Election. One often thinks of Barack Obama’s campaign slogans adn the recent economic downfall in our country’s pressing need for this. I changed my clothes three times this morning

Change is scary. Change involves letting go of what seems normal, convenient and right.
Change can be harmful and it can be risky.

The United States of America has been waiting for this day. Today marks a new day in history. Today is change. Barack Obama is the new president of the United States of America. We hope that this nation will see changes in the future. In the days ahead, we will

Barack Obama is the first thing that comes to mind. Although I am not a huge Obama fan, when I think of change I think of what he will do with our country and our future. His entire platform for his election was change.

Change is the only thing constant in the world. It is part of our life from the day we enter the world until the day we die. Each person is a reflection of the change that has occurred in his life.
Devin
a good thing, we need to change or die, our cells change on a regular basis and that is what keeps us going, we would die of boredom if there were no change, change for its own sake is NOT good though, change should be thought out but sometimes spontaneity is really fun

Change is the point of people’s lives. We’re all born in a state of sinfulness and corruption. God’s design is for us to change – that’s why he provided Christ to die in our place. By taking our sin’s punishment, Christ frees us to change and do right.
James
