  1. I suppose chrome could be used as a means of showing off ones own mechanical workings. Let us not forget the classic episode of a said series which I will not mention, that is called only SB-129 if my memory serves me correctly. In it, everything was spray painted with chrome to show generality, metallic-ness, futuristic prestige, and, among other things, a lack of individuality.

Watch her cry. Hear her wail. Enjoy her pain.

  18. chrome: pretty neat looking and sounding word, visually stimulating as well, however, too much of one thing is usually a bad thing and anything completely covered in chrome is a hot mess… much like the villian in Robo Cop or a bad episode pf pimp my ride.

  19. The shiny chrome car sped down the street, it’s glistening blue paint job sparkled in the sun. The engine was quiet. The tires appeared to almost hover over the ground. The car was so gorgeous, no one thought to look behind the wheel. The person who put all that chrome together, by their own two hands.

  26. Chrome. It was the color of the bumper that shone on the day I met him, the color of his eyes as he kissed me goodbye after our first date.

I’ll never forget those steel-gray eyes. Never forget the way they watched me with anxiety as I walked away forever. Chrome will always remind me of him, will always remind me of possibilities.

  34. Chrome reminds me of shiny cars and alarm clocks. It reminds me of the modern world and what humans have become. How we have become obsessed with time and with scheduling and never having time to do what we want or stop and smell the roses. 38. Chrome would be such a cool name for a band. Maybe a band that plays rock with a hint of punk, or perhaps a metal band, since chrome is a type of metal (right?). Or, perhaps Chrome could be a movement–you know, like the Green movement, or the Feminist movement.

  39. Chrome is silver and shiny. It is cold and majestic – like polished silver. My MINI has chrome, so beautiful and retro too – like in the days of diners and 1950s dresses. Chrome is classy, elegant and funky too. Look at your face in it and you will be greeted by the face of a shining fool.
