She could smell his cigar on their lifeless bodies. It was like sex to him, something to be celebrated and a need to relax. Each time he drank from them , he would toss them aside and light up his old Cuban. His trademark, for a kill well done. His thirst was not quenched by their blood, but by the thrill of the hunt. She had enough, she would follow the scent, and she would end him. Perhaps then she would light up a cigar as well

My wife told me that a Cuban cigar was one of the finest, yet to me it smelled and tasted just as bad as the rest. I just do not understand the want for such awful things.

the aroma of a cigar takes me back to summer evenings, dad in his armchair, puffing away in contemplative silence. a fragrant thread to past tranquility.

Sit down kid, have a cigar, you’re gonna go far… something something. I started strong, but then this fell apart. Much like I would if I took a puff off a cigar.
I held a cigar at a poker game once. Didn’t smoke it, just twirled it between my fingers, trying to blend into the world of high stakes and bravado. Pretty sure it didn’t help.
when I was little I thought my grandpa’s cigar was a chocolate bar. The taste was…educational. And I’ve never touched a cigar or cigarette since.
