  13. My stocking was never filled with this. Don’t know that even one piece made it inside. I’m not sure why. I wasn’t always a good little boy. Oh well. Somethings don’t come through as promised. Even negative things. I guess that’s how things even out. Some men get stuck in coal mines. Some kids are lied to about coal being in their stockings. Everything is in balance.

Also, what’s up with the birds at the bottom of a mine. It just doesn’t make sense. I always feel sorry for the birds. I also feel sorry for the folks in the bottom of the mine, wasting their life away, stuck in darkness.

Put enough pressure on such a rough element and it turns into an object of desire, a representation of wealth and a jewel that has caused millions of deaths and millions to propser….what is used to heat up the grill on a Sunday afternoon doubles as a wedding ring given enough time.
