Before anyone can see, quickly with its strange plastic odor bouncing into my nostrils as I carry my treasure. I’ll leave it there in my room, next to the signs and other trash.

  21. Yum, ice cream cones. When we travel home every summer (home is the island of Sardinia, in Italy) we eat what must be the most delicious ice cream on Earth. It’s freshly made every day, from unpasteurized milk that’s brought fresh daily and just boiled, so the enzymes are still there and the ice cream is not only deliciously creamy but also easy to digest. The flavors are also made of all natural ingredients, no “flavors” added: the fruit flavor is made with actual fruit, the nut-bsed flavors are made with crushed nuts, and so on.

If you ever happen to be in the town of Orosei, in Sardinia, Italy, pass by. The place is called Gelateria Smeralda. You will be going back for more!
