pirates on the sea fighting during a mutiny. the captain is locked in his cabin while loyal crew members fight the mutineers on the deck. swords are bloody and curses abound.

They were a funny lot. Scruffy, unwashed, smelling of the fish from the bottom of the canoe. But they were mine. My crew, the ones who saved me. This is how it happened.
Hi ho, hi ho. The crew worked across the deck, suntanned and strong in the summer heat. The floor swung back and forth under their buckled knees, and they laughed as they untangled coils around their feet. Some grumbled, as they had been working for 48 hours straight with no sleep. But most were happy because it was a good wrap on set today. And so the film crew dusted off the makeshift set of the pirate ship and headed back for some well-deserved rest.
We have a great crew. A knock around group of pirates. You could say. The ship almost sank today. A hole in the side. Water everywhere. But we bare this burden equally. So we can push out the darkness.
film crew work together to make a film but everyone is so different and tehy dont get along very well, making the job very hard for the director and producer who are trying to keep everyone in place and make a good film. eventually the actors all leave and the crew have to join forces to act in the film and save it.

Crew as group of people, together they are turned into a mechanism each part working with the other to fulfill a purpose.

Crew me to the satellites, as space expands inside me,

Teleported to the stars.
You are members of a crew, a fighting team of soldiers. You are designed to kill and to harm others. Now go do your job gentlemen! We are in hell.
Greg
Jump on board the ship and who do you see? The crew of course. Have you ever thought about who’s behind the running of a ship. What exactly goes on behind the scenes? I know, Madness!
Greg
Crew is a group of people. Like friends, only sometimes on boats. A crew is fiercly loyal to their leader, and to each other.
The Lady Love was an old ship, more commonly referred to as the Limping Lollygagger, for her habit of showing up late and with something else broken after all the work was done. Her crew was even older. The grizzled cast had been raising the sails and stowing their chatter for far longer than most of the crews of the Death Ships. But there was still that rumor… that hint that they might be something more than the age weathered and lounge about folks they seemed to be. For though Lady Love was old, and could use a new coat of paint, the rigging was perfectly so, and they were never caught in a fight unless they meant to be. And that just wasn’t heard of very often.
My favorite cut. The crew cut. Everyone else is busy being hipsters. I have a crew cut. Just like the Apollo astronauts. I’m the spaceman of the future. I’m tough. I’m resilient. I have the right stuff.
Oliver
That’s what she said she had done in college. She was twelve years older than me. I don’t know why I thought it was love. Never really felt like it. But she had gone to college and Barry had lied about ages to both of us. I got the cup of coffee and was delivered to the set, but I have to say, I looked in her purse for a license to remember her name the first night.

I wish my school had a crew team. I mean, really… we live on a lake. How do we not? It can’t possibly be due to the winds because the Hudson is a whole lot windier than our lake. Maybe I’ll join a crew team in college.
Don’t give up. Even when no one else is left, you can still believe in yourself. And when the days seem eternally dark, wait it out. The sun may not shine down on your face, but the stars will answer the questions your weak and fragmented body seek. There’s always something to look forward to; there’s always a reason to open your eyes with each new morning.
A ship crew. I wouldn’t really want to be a ship crew cause while everyone enjoys their vacation you have to work. I would hate that. Ya ya you would make money but only come desperate needs would i work on a ship!
Mickey
“This is our crew! We have worked through the blood, sweat, and tears of every single obstacle that has come through this unit. We ARE NOT going to be stopped now. Do it for your wives, your children, your honor, your integrity, your freedom-you, men, are the last hope,” and with that, the 101st brigade stepped into death knowing that their lives were over.
Night crew was always the most difficult to work. Sure, every single person on the fucking planet thought it was easier to rob someone at night, but around here? Shoot. No way was it easier. People were on their guard, watching for someone like my cohorts and me to come slinking up to their house, business, or what have you… watching with guns and knifes and other dangerous things.
“You sure we can do this one with only three people?” Sharon asked, her voice quivering with fear. Newbies. They always got scared of their first night run.
“Yeah, we got this, don’t we, Spike.”
“Whatever. Let’s just get this stupid shit over with so I can have my share of the loot’s pay.”
And with that, we creeped closer to the house, not quite sure who or what would be in wait for us. How very surprising it was for us to encounter what we did… and how very unsurprising that we lost Sharon in the deal. Oh well. More money for Spike and me. We liked it that way, anyway.
Captain Tenu looked around the deck of the ship and glared down at the lowly deckhand, Crovin. “Oy! Crovin, was it ‘ye who threw the rubies overboard?” Crovin trembled. “Aye.. I mean Nay Nay Cap’n!”
The crew giving out the bags at the end of the cycle leg stood dejectedly around waiting for the final few finishers. Would they finally arrive was the wind and rain too much. At last a weary cyclist turned up YAY another runner sent out on the course.
The west bank was occupied by the “crew.” The Crew was a heavily armed band of hoodlums from south valley. The Rio Grande was no-man’s-land as well as a shallow grave for those who couldn’t dodge a bullet.
The cast and crew all waited for the director to step out of the small conference, expecting his face to be sagging with disappointment. The issues with the producer had run rampant throughout the studio, and now all they could do was hold their breath.
Harriet Sanderman, the youngest of the cast and the child star, bit her lip to keep it from quivering. She had so wanted this film to be completed, to show she was worth more than a few cute catchphrases.

The crew is fast at working today. It won’t take them long to finish this job. Can’t wait to see the end results.
crew cut…my favorite on a man! While it is short, it’s dignified, strong, masculine, and confident. There is no hiding. It opens the face to the the world…
Angel
They built a giant man out of mud and sticks. Also a few rocks and some feathers matted together with the mud. He was on the crew that made the neck. He took particular pride in shaping the Adam’s apple.
Cast and crew and no one else really mattered here. Well, of course the audience did, one had to make a living after all. But all in all, it was only the cast and crew that really mattered. Patrons could be found and the riches shared, but it was the relationship between cast members – the petty arguments, the longstanding arguments, the feelings of contentment, the long-lived romances – those were what truly mattered.
The crew didn’t work well together. Oh, the company talked a good story. We’re just like family here. Must be a pretty dysfunctional family, I thought.

“You’re going to what?” The captain backtracked. “Now hold up a minute here, Sandra.” She frowned. “That’s my crew you’re talking about. They are honest, hard-working individuals that had nothing to do with that political-”
“Calm down! I’m not accusing them of anything, I was just suggesting that-”
“You were suggesting wrong.” The Captain glared at the reporter. “I honestly don’t care who sent you here for what, but I’ll tell you this. They are good people. They don’t deserve this.”
“Right, now, I wasn’t trying to get on your-”
“I don’t have a good side or a bad side, Miss Saunders.” Dark green eyes glittered meaningfully. “But that’s my crew. You don’t get to them, unless you go through me and I have no intention of throwing them to the dogs.”

The crew arrived to move the car from the middle of the freeway. It had already been 45 minutes. The bus is looking better and better!

Suddenly, I find myself hanging around that genius-hipster-musicy-crew. It’s perfect.
