  1. I think about t-shirts and the beauty of the wind blowing through them. The breeze is so cool; it makes the summer day that much more breath-taking. And friends. Company makes life more enjoyable.

  2. my crew are made up of wolves, bears and woodpeckers. we would roam the forest, day in – night out. occasionally, night in – day out. it really depends on what we’re hunting. owls are good, but i try sticking to hares or sparrows. hares AND sparrows at times. with some lavender as coleslaw on the side. good times.

  3. They assembled around the mast as the captain demanded. Hanging on to whatever they could grasp, the wave tossed the ship like a bath toy, icy salty water rushing up over the gunwales, soaking the exhausted men to the skin.

    Karen O'Neil-Brown
  4. The crew of the Flying Dutchman led by Davy Jones was an incredible force while at sea, they would attacked various ships in the east of Tortuga Bay, only the crafty Captain Jack Sparrow would dare stand in their way.

  5. I consider my friends my “crew” but it’s such a weird word. Like you don’t really mean it. But when you think about it, a crew is a group of people you can depend on and that works together for a common task. So yes, my friends are my “crew” and I love all of them.

    Roch
  6. A group of people working towards a common goal. Each individual holds a set of talents that when collaborated makes for a remarkable, task assessing team.

  7. During freshman year I was a part of a crew of only girls. It’s the only group of girls I ever really hung out with a lot. They were my best friends. Brittney and I got away from them to spend most of our time hanging out with cookie and col. That was the best summer I have ever had. I miss being around a group like that but not as much as I do britt col and cookie

  8. every morning, as always, the zoo crew prepared to feed the animals, and shovel the turds of the day. Pails of water sloshed in the back of the buggy as they drove, sleepily, deeper into the zoo, where the morning sounds of lion roars, monkey screams, wolf howls, and cockatiel squawks rose to greet them

  9. EVeryday is like a new open door. I gain new friends and lose old ones. I am open and learning. I am outgoing and love a good converstation. Maybe my team is winning. COLTS

  10. Cast and Crew. I think of drama musical years, I never really knew the crew, but you could always tell that they had the same passion to be there as we did. They are dedicated to the cause, even more so, because they aren’t the ones who get to be seen.

    Lacey
  11. It’s like a team on a ship that sails in the sea . You may heard this word before in the TV because there is more than one crew which drown in the sea . Every year crew is drown .

    Omar Walid
  12. Crew? Like Crew socks? That’s the first thing that comes to mind. Or the crew on a boat or the ghetto word meaning of crew. I’d love to be in the Navy, a pilot to be exact :) that would be pretty intense, but I have horrible eye sight so I can’t. Too bad. Maybe I’ll just do the Marines.

  13. like an albatross’ companion, from the sky or on deck level. many or none. who has the right point of view?

  14. past the sails of frayed eyes blown aimless by a benumbed mind & deep down into a broken heart, at the center of the void, shipwrecked, a crew of love waits not for something to come, but for something that never came.

  15. through the sail of frayed eyes, past a benumbed mind & deep down into a broken heart, at the center of the void, shipwrecked, a crew of love waits not for something to come, but for something that never came.

  16. The crew put out the fire as fast as they could, but bob got burned alive anyway, and the other firefighters were hungry so they roasted marsmallows on his burning corpse, but didn’t like the taste of the marshmallows because bob had a nasty burn taste.

  17. We were a crew, and a damn fine one at that. A goofy crew of 2. Our flowers grew tall, our veggies delicious and that land was loved. I do miss our goofy crew of 2.

  18. crew is like a gang. it could be your best friends or just a group of people you hang out with a lot. its normally the people that others associate you with. or it can be people who work on a stage and behind the scenes of things. crew team is also a thing. or a crew neck shirt is like a normal t shirt’s collar. yeah….

  19. The crew were in the back, eating silently, as I flew the heavy-winged aircraft over the pacific ocean. I switched on auto-pilot to go to the loo. “Mia, keep an eye on the cockpit, will you?” I ask my co-pilot. She nods and makes her way to the front of the plane. I sit down on the toilet and think about our destination. Clear, blue skies, tropical weather, sandy beaches, palm trees and culture awaited us. I was shaken out of my fantasy as I felt a sharp jolt. Everything seemed to shake. I got up quickly and hurried out of the small room.
“What happened?” I demanded. Mia had tear in her eyes and was tugging ferociously at the wheel.
“We’re going down, cap!” she yelled over the roaring of the failing engines. The crew raced to the parachutes, and they were gone in a flash. I went to grab a parachute but there were none left; Randy had forgotten to bring the extras.
“Mia,” I say, a desperate tone to my voice “I’m afraid we’re going to die here.”
Her eyes said it all; no matter how hard she tried, she could not take this in. “We’re too young to die…” she sobbed quietly “Not like this, anyway.” She reached out to me and I took her in my arms.
“Mia…” I started “I need to tell you something.”
    “What is it?” she sniffed.
    I forced back a tear “I… I lov-”
The plane hit the ground with a sickening crunch and the last thing I saw was Mia’s face, twisted in anguish. I had let this happen.

  20. It’s like a symbol for many things. Family, friends, etc. It’s people working together and spending time together but ultimately it means love.

  21. Cast & crew: two words, one reminder of my mediocrity. I’m stuck in the middle. Not being able to move forward with my career; and ccompletely crippled by the pursuit of an impossible dream: the stage dream.

  22. My friends the greatest people in my life. The ones I would do anything for. The ones I love. Nothing means more to me than them. So many stories that I could tell. Missing one especially today. TRJ the one that left too soon. Love ya buddy!

    Jake
  23. Link crew is suppose to call me during the summer so they can talk about what high school is like. Well i guess that’s going to take some time. So, during the summer i just watched the amazing spiderman:) it was awesome! spoiler alert:
The father of the girl: promise me you’ll stay away from her…
    Spiderman: nods
    *father dies
spiderman is late for a class and says: sorry i won’t be late again, i promise.
Teacher: don’t make promises you can’t keep.

  25. it is a group of people belonging either to a ship like pirate crew or simply circle of friends like my crew. It donates the gruop of people with similar interests being together.

  26. Companionship.. important but looked at in the wrong way. I am not in this position anymore where I have these kinds of people to be constantly looking out for me, but that kind of comfort and protection is something I used to know all too well. Close people are important but above all is looking out for urself so if u haven’t found genuine comfort keep urself open to the idea of it and you’ll find it. Family, coworkers, neighbors.. There are 6 billion people on this planet and u deserve those who u feel both comfortable and protected with. Allow urself to seize opportunities that relate to ur interests and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I guarantee it. Men’s warehouse. haha, for real tho, put urself out there.. people are mostly good, more often than not

  27. You see people with sculpted arms and equisite back muscles flowing through the motions. It’s the human body’s upper half in perfect movement, and it propels the boat forward with a swift, breezy speed.

    Krissy

  29. under the sail of dead eyes, through a benumbed mind & deep down into broken heart, at the center of the void, a crew of love waits not for something to come, but for something that never came.

  30. my crew died as a hailing storm attacked the ship…it was devastating to say the least, all dead not a single body be found. Where are my men? Why have they disappeared? God, Why have you forsaken me? Why is my end so cruel, for a captain to loose his crew and survive.

    Alfonso Figueroa Fiore
  31. I looked out at the field, torn apart by hatred. I looked behind me, for the support of the best friends I had ever known…..
They weren’t there. Each one of them had given their lives today….
Why should I still be here, when they were so much braver than I?

  32. The crew on Jack Sparrow’s ship were mighty and fearless. They travelled and conquered, cheated and scored. If it weren’t for pirates in this day and age, adventure might well be on its way out the door. Imagination, folks. Pirates are stock full of it.

  34. I’ve never hired a crew. Once I was part of a crew, I think, but it lasted only a brief time, as I left in the second day. Some folks, I just think they might work better on their own. Or better as a pair. The fewer opinions involved, the easier it is to get your way. Hah.

  35. Me and my crew were strolling up the block, on our way to McAllister’s bank to do some…Work related things. We had our guns ready and loaded in our hands, the streets almost completely empty and silent. No one knew about us. No one knew we were about to rob a bank. No one asked questions to 2 men strolling down the block with loaded guns in their hands. No one bothered to ask.

  36. A group of people. Working together. Sharing a common goal. Sharing a passion. A group of people. Working together.

  37. I hadn’t thought that he might have been bait. He was too cute to pay any mind to my scarred face. Yet, it’d been so long since anyone gave me the time of day… or night. I was instantly taken. But as he led me out the door I held him close, afraid he was part of my brother’s gang, and afraid that this might be a dream.

  38. I’d always had a certain kind of crew. We weren’t normal, nor abnormal, but we were unique in our own way that was socially the same as everyone else.

  39. The crew of the boat was an interesting group. They came from all ages and backgrounds. But one had stood out from all the rest. He was a younger man: white skin, long hair, straggly beard, and old eyes. Although he appeared invisible to most on the ship, I had noticed him at once. This one was different.
