Crown Royal is an impressive looking beverage; it makes you think how much of the price you’re paying for that stuff is its fancy bottle and cute little sack, and how much is the alcohol itself. I don’t even know what kind of alcohol Crown Royal is. I just know that I don’t need to drink anything that’s better dressed than I am.

I am the queen, queen brittany. just like he called me that one day. :) my mom’s always called me a princess. my nana bought me a tiara one time, it said diva. I wish I was like mia in the princess diaries. that’d be cool. to be a long lost princess of a beautiful little country, to we

the crown of the lady tipped her head ever so slightly to the left, it was heavy… So she took it off, for she did not care for the things that the crown brought her… fortune, fame, power. She only cared for the trees and flowers.

finally !!! a new word. okay – crowning glory. that’s my hair…which seems to elicit strong responses. people really either love it or hate it. i get people asking me where i get it done…others want to know why i don’t feel it necessary to comb my hair. i would like to tell them that maybe there are bigger things in this world for them to care about…but i think i would sound sarcastic and make them mad. oh well.

I wish I had a crown that I could wear. For the longest time I wanted to be a princess, but then realized that then I’d be married off for political purposes. However, I still occasionally wish I could wear a beautiful dress and/or crown to a ball.
Colleen
you can wear it on the top of your head…like a king or queen…very regal..shiny, or plastic… you choose…if you want

only kings have crowns. they are bright and mean you are royal, dont we all want that? crowns are good for virtue and also allow us to feel special around those without crowns. I have never owned one. Maybe from burger king. otherwise, no.

the crown of marie antoinnette she was beheaded you know, so was anne boleyn, they were both kind of bitchy but while the marie antoinette movie sucked the tudors is a pretty sweet show. kirsten dunst did not do a good job at all, dissapointing really.

The gold slid about, finally falling out the spout, thick and viscous. The fire bloomed around the pan, a corona of industry destroying the last relic of the small country’s immense and infamous empire.

I wear no crown. I’m tired. I wanted to try one last thing before I go to bed. I bet a crown would be uncomfortable in bed. Kings, huh? Losers. Thorny headed fools.

when I was young there wasa commercial about margarine and whenever someone said monarch they wore a crown. Never wanted one. thought they looked too “fey”. Would like to see the crown jewels though. sitting beside me. after a great heist.

I never wanted to wear one. I mean REALLY wear one. But as a kid, I fantasized about being a princess. Didn’t we all, I guess. But a crown — a tiara — a glittering, jewel-encrusted, honest to god CROWN. What a glory. A crowning glory. Dream on, young minds. Dream on.
Diane Nelson
kings wear them in a palace with all of their jokers and servants and other royalty. You see them in movies such as the king and i and aladdin. Interesting that royalty is basically just determined from blood, and you get such an honor as wearing something as significant and beautiful as a crown. when I was younger I used to always want to wear crowns.
brianna
you’re the jewel in mine…my majesty…my shining glory. i’m regal, because this love is. i’m all yours, this, to be envied & coveted by all…

The king entered the court on a blustery day and he thought to himself, “now, where did I place my crown?” Silly King, he could not remember where he had put it last. He searched all over for it, high and low, close and far but could simply not find it. No more king.

Run with your crown little king.
But be sure to keep it close.
It’s easy to loose that crown little king.
If you don’t cherish your dreams the most.

The crown, balanced ever so stately on the young queen’s head, shimmered in the soft sunlight that glazed through the stained glass windows of the cathedral. Multi colored jewels sparkled in the sunlight, giving off a rainbow of colors onto the crowd below. Recently married into royalty, she glowed in her newly found fortune and the love of her king, and his people.
Paulie
the crown was on her head, but it had already slipped from the delicately piled golden locks. she looked at the scene before her, her happy wedding day, ruined. and what for? just one more person in this world hungry for money and crazed by obsession, and her husband of only a few hours on his way to the hospital
Robin
The crown sitting on her dresser was dented on one side and a tarnished stainless steel-like color – not gold like Connie’s and it didn’t have jewels embedded in it all the way around like Melanie’s – but it did have her name on it, engraved messily on the front by her uncle. Mia placed it on her head reverently and glided out of her room and down the stairs to the waiting guests below.
Chelsea
It was golden, gleaming, covered in jewels from as far to the right as the eye could see to the left. It was amazing, and once placed on the summit of a person, instantly granted power and authority. They would bow before you, for you wore the crown, the symbol of royalty.
Rob
The tiny crown in the cake was the only gift she received that Christmas. It wasn’t even her cake to begin with… a tiny slice that fell upon the floor. She snatched it, brushed the dust off and ate it as quickly as possible.
She supposed it meant it was hers, that she was queen for that night. A queen of a pauper, a servant with a crown. Foolish.
Katie
He took the crown on his head and laughed to himself. “Oh, how magnificent I am!” he chuckled. “Look at me! Look at what I earned!”
The angel shot him with his rifle.
“Wh… What did you do?” the man cried out.
“I was merely taking what wasn’t yours to begin with.”

It sits atop his head among the leaves, looking for all the world to see as if it had grown there, as organically a part of him as his nails and lips. For indeed, he filled it and it seemed to fill him even more- for today, for one day, he was king of all things. This day when the harvest was gathered, he was god-king of the world.
Tomorrow he will die, as he dies every year.

the crown sat too tight on the aching head of the son of the king. It pinched and pulled with a life of its own, demanding absolute obedience from the wearer of the crown…

She wore a crown of daisies in her hair, and looked more regal than any princess. Eyes shining, looking up at the sky, I couldn’t help but love her. Alas it was my mistake.

The king sat on his throne, pondering the problem. Should he allow his authority to be threatened or do what was best for his daughter? Which was more important, his kingdom or his child? He had never been faced with such a dilemma before. What was he to do?

the top, the pinnacle. it’s a cold glass picture that stigmatizes the person the piece is on. ruling families use the crown to define who is in charge. Control, to crown someone as the leader is to allow them leadership status.
a false god-visual assignment of royal status but that doesn’t mean acctual power has been given to the person with the crown. it’s a visual status, not actual.

Oh my god your head is bleeding! YOu broke your crown?! That’s one bitchin’ crown of cauliflower. Crowns aren’t really used anymore except at Burger King children’s birthday parties, which are almost as lame as the monarchy was.

He fell and hit the crown of his head on a rock. Blood poured from the wound, and she rushed to put pressure on it. He moaned quietly; his eyes rolled back and he passed out.
She gazed at him, and thought how peaceful he looked. Wait, what? He was bleeding and she was checking him out? That couldn’t be right. She was a bad, bad person.

Crown at the top of the head, down the road for a quick pint or two with friends and family. Does a crown really symbolise royalty or just a figure head. Now that sounds a bit of a play on words. But then, most words are. Paint. I remember crown paint. This is beginnng to sound like a random word exercise!
