  10. Daisy was a little car. She was red in colour, but suffered only from the stymatic deshevellism of a flower. Her exhaust pipe was longer than it should have been this time of year, yet she still purred along with the enthusiasm of youth. Why she did this she did not know, it was perhaps in here makeup? She pottered along the freeway slowly, fumbling over these issues as larger and faster vehicles buzzed on by. She was blissfully unaware of the mess that tangled her tiny mind. The end was near, perhaps, to her worrying dilema. Her shiny red duco shone like a beacon, yet the truck did not see her. End of the line.

  18. The daisy was yellow and it made her happy. She walked through the grass in her backyard, thinking that if only life could be like a daisy…simple, straight-forward, clean…and yes, yellow. She associated the color yellow with happiness, sunshine, life, and love. She knew that soon she would have to return to the misery and death that waited inside the house, but for now she would just enjoy the daisy.
