you must seize the time and
    please, do pray
    today

  13. Another great inevitability
Just as death and taxes rip and tear
Delays shall happen here and there
Maybe you are annoyed by this occurrence?
I see these as precious moments
A time to think and see my life
A time to realize pain and strife
For what they are and what they were

  14. stop. what. why? planes regularly delayed aren’t they? my father’s plane back was delayed by an hour and he ended up arriving at midnight just to see me for a couple of minutes. Crazy. Trains are delayed a lot it seems, sometimes to the point that they’re cancelled, but it’s not as bad as it used to be under British Rail. Cancelled because there are leaves on the track?!

  15. I’ve no time to delay. This has to be taken care of immediately, and no amount of tarrying will be tolerated. Tarrying, tolerated…no, don’t get distracted, just do it. Don’t think about the reasons, don’t think about the repercussions, for god’s sake don’t think about alliteration. Just focus. Do the job. Finish it off. Make it home and live to see another sunrise, you melodramatic piece of shit. Do it.
