  4. What a coincidence that today’s word is early! I am a night owl and not a morning person. I usually stay up very late and love to sleep later than most people. But the way our society works, that’s not always possible for me. Lately, I have been waking up very early, around 5 am, because I am doing a course by Julia Cameron on creativity. One of the basics of this course is to write what she calls Morning Pages when you first wake up. This has been so beneficial to me and so enjoyable that I just wake up looking forward to it.
