  1. False evidence. Evidence of the things we do. Right or wrong who can tell and who can really judge? Isnt this all subjective? People are accused on false evidence everyday. Who pays?

  2. it the material proof of a question or investigation. The evidence is supposed to never lie but at times it does. Recently forensic evidence has been shown to be wrong or mis-interpreted.

    Is there any evidence of the above statement?

  9. Forensic files are very interesting nowadays, especially during the era of TV shows such as ‘CSI’ or “NCIS”. Many of the forensic shows show the very interesting and suspensful parts of forensics.

  12. people think that someone is guilty and they evidence to prove otherwise. Evidence is faulty and can not guarantee someone’s innocence. This is how people end up getting killed on death row and why the death penalty is faulty as well. Evidence only proves as much as the person presenting it.

  13. There must be evidence when you are creating a paper or an argument that you will give to others to read, evidence that is understood to be truth. But how can you know if the evidence is reliable? In history, we create what we claim to be ‘truth’ based on ‘evidence’ that we get from sources that are supposed to be reliable. But maybe nothing is really reliable and anything can be referred to as ‘evidence.’

  17. there are so many things others believe in the world that are based on little to NO evidence. God? nothing? evolution? meh. Meanwhile, the smart folks trust what they feel, the only true indication of truth. Emotions. However, you can’t fully know what someone is feeling for sure, so how do you know there’s evidence of their emotions?
