  2. to go and to feel. Just leave it behind and free yourself from the things that are holding you back. Forget the wings and all those fantasy stories. Just be and go for yourself. Close your eyes. Hear that little voice? It’s you, flying in your mind the way you want to.

  3. Flight, what a wonderful thing, but some people seem to be scared of it, i dont quite get it. Whats wrong with flying on a plane? You seem perfectly safe, dont you? 4. “Run! Run!” screamed the guard who had just opened the gate to our cell.
We looked up at him in blunt confusion, waiting for some explaination. He stared at us, hoping we’d do what he ordered.
“Listen, my children,” He started in a soft voice to reassure us,”They are coming tonight. Tomorrow morning, you won’t be yourself. You’ll be a nothing. We can’t comprehend it, because we’ve never felt exactly nothing before. You need to get out of here now! Follow me.”
The kids around me looked up at me for direction. They had decided earlier that the oldest should be the one responsible for all of them. We had divided up into groups and even made our own code. It was a clever code that was easy to remember, but we didn’t tell the little ones.
It was my decision. Should we go with the honest seeming man, or stay here and see what happens ourselves when it’d be too late for any escape. Yes, we must take flight of this prison. I hoped madly that this was an adults decision I’d just made, and not that of a 13 yr old girl.

  6. I love to fly. Flying is cool. I have been on a flight that was like 13 hours before. I don’t like flying across countries because it is long. I have always wanted to be a bird. How about you? It would be cool to be able to fly whenever you wanted. I really want to have feathers and be free. How about flying over a lake?

  8. the airplane that flies over the cornfield was big and very shiny. the boy looked up at it and enjoyed seeing its wings and imagined all the passengers inside. He wished that he could fly on the plane but he knew that his parents would never leave their small town and that he would be stuck there forever. He looked down at the ground and kicked a rock, here on earth is where he’d be stuck, forever.

  11. She flew as though the very Demons of Hell themselves were chasing her, with no thought in her head other than the pounding of her heartbeat in her ears and the pounding of her feet on the ground as she ran, ran, as fast as she could, because there was no other choice at this point- if she stopped, then they would catch her, and if they caught her they would torture her until she gave them her secret, and she knew she would, because she was strong but she was also afraid of pain, and she didn’t trust herself to be able to withstand their sadistic proclivities.
