  7. My imagination took flight early this morning. It was just before dawn and I awoke to a strange sound just outside my bedroom window. A shadow hung on the wall, projected from the tree outside. What was it? A person who had scaled the tree to look inside my room, a raven with the curiosity of a cat? Or was it just my imagination having taken flight?

  22. On a recent flight to England, the decline in airline quality became painfully apparent. We were offered nuts to purchase, along with other snacks at exhorbitant prices. That didn’t buy any additional leg room or luxuries to help us endure the very long flight.

It’s trying not to get too deep into all the stuff that holds you back, makes you feel weightless and let’s you enjoy those moments of absolute clarity without any problems at all. Flying is being free for some time. But also about having a starting and finish point so you don’t get lost.
